Years ago, I did a presentation (to regional meetings of the Natl Assn of Electrical Distributors) that suggested that office building construction was going to go into the toilet.
No one showed up. The response was unenthusiastic. The title was the reason (YES, I AM AN IDIOT) — no one wants to hear about something that’s dying . . . even if supply new construction of office buildings WAS a mainstay for many of those electrical distributors.
Well, it appears (from the graphic below, from McGraw-Hill Construction’s Outlook presentation) — that my diagnosis might not have been premature!!!
