Fuel Cell Price Drop

It stood to reason that the price of a thing like a Fuel Cell would fall as

(a) we learned more about how to make them, and

(b) we sold more.

That’s what’s happened, according to this sentence (from a 9/13/12 Greenwire piece posted to Plug Power’s website):

Plug Power says the cost to make one of its fuel cells has fallen from $18,000 in 2008 to roughly $10,000 or $11,000 today.
