It stood to reason that the price of a thing like a Fuel Cell would fall as
(a) we learned more about how to make them, and
(b) we sold more.
That’s what’s happened, according to this sentence (from a 9/13/12 Greenwire piece posted to Plug Power’s website):
Plug Power says the cost to make one of its fuel cells has fallen from $18,000 in 2008 to roughly $10,000 or $11,000 today.
