According to The Bristol Press (of CT):
Three contractors have decided to share a new building and rent space to similar businesses so they can network. Trico LLC, a group of three small contractors, is building a 16,520-square-foot structure on Robert Jackson Way for their businesses and up to five others.
Included among the three is electrical contractor Mace Co.
“We’re all small contractors with six to 12 employees,” said Richard Macione of Mace Co. at Thursday’s meeting of the Economic Development Agency. “We need space for offices and to store some equipment.”
Macione said there are also other businesses, including a plumber, who are interested in renting space in the building. He said by all being in the same place they would be able to communicate easily.
“This is a great way for us to network,” he said. “That’s how most of us get jobs. We hire each other.”
